    L3 pregnancy and postnatal fitness instructor with a personal experience of training safely throughout each stage of pregnancy and recovering safely postnatally.

    As a mum I offer an empathetic approach to training my clients. I take into account your pregnancy, your labour and postnatally how your body is recovering.

    Focusing on low impact cardio, strength, core restore and pelvic floor repair. The sessions are relaxed enabling you to restore your strength and fitness and your own pace.

    Personal training takes place in the Eternally Fit fitness studio, a baby area will be set up for your little one which you are always welcome to bring along with you.

    Choose 1:1 PT or Group PT up to 3 people.

    Every week in the Eternally Fit studio, Monday 11am, Wednesday 10am.
