As a BTF Triathlon coach I have been coaching and creating personalised training plans for runners, triathletes and cyclists since 2017. 1 to 1 personalised coaching to help any athlete reach goals, be it representing their country at the world championships, to completing endurance Ironman events.
I work with the Training Peaks platform to create you a bespoke plan that will get you to your absolute best on your race day. You can view and edit the plan on your mobile and every session is recorded so we can analyse your progress on a monthly basis.
Offering 1-2-1 support, including goal setting, nutrition planning, event selection, psychology race preparation and any day to day questions you might have about your training program.
