GROUP TRAINING

Online group classes. LIVE classes hosted on zoom so you receive feedback and motivation while getting a more personalised session. Every class is recorded so if you can't make it you can catch up later, all the workouts are designed to give you full range of exercises to keep you fit and healthy. All our classes are taught by an experienced L3 Personal Trainer and are suitable for any level of fitness.

TIMETABLE: 40min Classes. MON - 7am, 10am, 7pm - Fullbody HIIT.

WED - 10am, 7pm - Strength & Conditioning..

FRI - 10am, 7pm - Legs, bums & core.

Triathlon 1-1 Coaching

Looking to run your first marathon or take part in your first triathlon? Or are you already a triathlete looking to improve or move up to Ironman level?

Whatever your goal might be I can help you achieve it. As a BTF Triathlon coach I have been coaching and creating personalised training plans for runners, triathletes and cyclists since 2014. I have helped several athletes reach AG and Ironman levels.

I work with the Training Peaks platform to create you a bespoke plan that will get you to your absolute best on your race day. You can view and edit the plan on your mobile and every session is recorded so we can analyse your progress on a monthly basis.

Offering 1-2-1 support, including goal setting, nutrition, event selection, psychology race preparation and any day to day questions you might have about your training program.
