Outdoor fun, friendly, group fitness designed to help you recover from childbirth and help you get your pre baby fitness back in a safe way. Relaxed class, bring your baby, toddler.. Workouts safe for pregnancy and postnatal, focus on:

Arms, back and legs - Strengthening the areas that help with the everyday mum duties.

Core repair and Pelvic floor - Every session is full of movements that are at the right pace for your body, helping you to restore and strengthen at your own pace.

Cardiovascular Fitness and Fat Burning - Putting you through the paces to enable you to increase your energy levels and get the results you crave.

-  Specific postnatal exercises to help you get your fitness back after having a baby.

-  NO childcare required (babies, toddlers, welcome!) 

- Exercise gives you more energy and helps you feel better after being sleep deprived.

Experienced Postnatal fitness instructor, I take into account your labour type and recovery. Please make sure you have been approved by a Dr to exercise before attending.
