Pregnancy and Postnatal PT

Qualified Level 3 Pre & Postnatal Fitness Instructor. I specialise in helping clients train safely throughout their pregnancy and recover, build fitness post pregnancy. As a new mum I offer an empathetic approach to training my clients. Every client is an individual and I take into account what your pregnancy you had, how the labour went and how your body is recovering. I work closely with womens physios to offer the most specialist Postnatal Personal Training service.
